In this role you will lead and shape BIM strategies for global clients, guiding the adoption of information management across programs and projects. You will work with a skilled BIM team to deliver compliant, high-quality models and data, while engaging with stakeholders to drive digital services. Responsibilities

• Strategy development: design bespoke BIM strategies and workflows aligned with industry practices and contract needs
• Implementation leadership: oversee BIM rollout across programs and projects and drive client adoption
• Technical assurance: perform structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risks
• Stakeholder management: facilitate workshops and liaise with project partners as a digital services ambassador
• Commercial & business support: contribute to bids, reports, and internal quality processes
• Team supervision: lead and review deliverables, mentor colleagues, maintain quality standards

Key requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in a BIM Manager role
• Deep knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework IMI Framework
• Proficiency in 3D authoring tools (Revit, ArchiCAD)
• Expertise with clash detection and model checking (Solibri, Navisworks)
• Strong experience with CDE platforms (ACC, Asite, Veiwpoint)
• Data reporting using Power BI or Tableau
• Data verification incl. COBie understanding
• Understanding of emerging technology markets and R&D
