Banking & Finance Solicitor – Cardiff – Hybrid

Overview

In this role you will support a Cardiff-based banking and finance team advising lenders and borrowers across sectors. You will handle a range of transactions from initial approvals through to completion, with exposure to acquisition, leveraged, and property finance. You join a collaborative, client-focused firm in a market-active practice, contributing to relationship management and business development. Responsibilities

• Advising lenders and borrowers on banking and finance matters
• Drafting loan agreements, security documentation, and managing conditions precedent
• Supporting transactions from initial approval through to completion and post-completion
• Assisting with client relationship management and business development initiatives

Key requirements

• Newly qualified solicitor up to 3 years’ PQE with strong commercial awareness and an interest in finance law
