Marketing Services BPO Manager

Overview

In this role you will strengthen commercial, financial and operational discipline for Europe Marketing Services. You will translate complex data into clear actions for leadership and support forecasting, pricing, and workforce planning. By driving governance, automation, and cross-functional collaboration, you help optimize profitability and execution. This position offers the chance to shape performance insights at scale within a global payments context. You will work closely with multiple teams to enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of revenue, margin, pipeline, workforce, risks and opportunities; analyze performance against plan and forecast; prepare materials for reviews and AOP
• Support Europe pipeline rhythm, improve VPC data quality, reconcile forecasts, and coordinate variance resolution
• Support pricing reviews and financial modelling; validate revenue, cost and margin assumptions; monitor pricing exceptions
• Maintain consolidated workforce plan; reconcile headcount and recruitment status; identify capacity gaps
• Standardise and automate priority reporting and data consolidation; document processes and controls; support AI-enabled ways of working
• Coordinate inputs across clusters and functions; facilitate governance forums; translate financial data for non-finance audiences; define owners and deadlines

Key requirements

• Experience in business operations, FP&A, consulting, or related analytical roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex datasets
• Good financial and commercial acumen (revenue, cost, margin, forecasting)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ability to present at executive level
• Strong written/verbal communication, stakeholder management and project management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Experience with CRM, pipeline, reporting, workforce-planning or financial-planning tools is preferred
• Experience with Power BI, automation or generative AI tools is preferred
