Data Projects Analyst

Overview

In this role, you will drive the onboarding and conversion of client portfolio data onto Addepar, coordinating with custodial data partners and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Services, Product, and Engineering to improve processes, build tools, and validate data for client reporting and analysis workflows. The role sits in the Data Client Projects team, focused on turning complex data into actionable insights for investment professionals. You’ll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment that prioritizes client outcomes and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage data conversion projects of varying complexity from third-party systems and files
• Coordinate with Sales and Services to align on cost estimates and deliverables for positive client outcomes
• Develop and enhance Python scripts and Jupyter notebooks to interact with APIs
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify process improvements and tooling enhancements
• Maintain team resources and procedural documentation and track internal metrics for analytics

Key requirements

• 3+ years in financial investment/advisory/technology
