Chief Product Officer – SaaS / HealthTech

Overview

In this VC-backed health tech SaaS scale-up in Central London, you will define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and operating model. You’ll drive product–sales alignment, shape pricing and packaging, and lead an AI-enabled product and design transformation. You will ensure NHS DSCR and GDPR compliance and coach product teams, while serving as a board‑level voice with investors. Your work supports rapid ARR growth and the company’s expansion agenda.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and operating model
• Drive product–sales alignment and shape pricing/packaging
• Lead AI-enabled product and design transformation
• Ensure compliance with NHS DSCR, GDPR, and clinical safety standards
• Coach and develop PMs, designers, and product marketing
• Act as a key voice at board level and with investors

Key requirements

• Senior product leadership experience in VC/PE-backed SaaS
