Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and deliver complex tax work for real estate clients
• Develop and coach junior team members, supporting career progression
• Work on multi-jurisdictional transactions across real estate and infrastructure
• Drive business development with Partners/Directors to win key accounts
• Take ownership of your work and interact with clients and tax teams
• Collaborate with Real Estate and broader Tax teams to ensure quality delivery
• Support setting up property funds including UK REITs
• Engage with internal stakeholders to balance client needs and firm goals

Key requirements

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or equivalent
• UK corporate tax experience, preferably in Real Estate
• Experience coaching/mentoring junior team members
• Business development experience and collaboration with senior leadership
