Job Description:
Orchard Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse at Lansbury Court Care Home, Sunderland, to provide dementia-focused, person-centred care. You will work 44 hours per week in a mix of days and nights, ensuring compassionate, evidence-based support for residents.
You will lead a care team, develop care plans, engage families and multidisciplinary colleagues, and promote independence while reducing distress and unnecessary medications in line with the Dementia Promise.
