Senior Mental Health Nurse – Intensive Older Persons Care

NSFT is seeking a Senior Community Mental Health Nurse (IOPS) in Norwich to join the Intensive Older Persons Service. You will undertake comprehensive mental health assessments, risk assessments and care planning for older adults with dementia and acute mental health needs.

This Band 6, full-time role involves autonomous practice, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and driving to serve across Norfolk. Reliable clinical leadership and commitment to high‑quality crisis care are essential.
