Head Nurse | Brand-New Care Home Leader

Orders of St. John Care Trust is seeking a Head Nurse for Melksham Gardens, a brand-new 80-bed home opening in 2027. You will lead a clinical team, work with the Home Manager to set high standards of care, and develop effective clinical practices from the outset.

You will ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and individualised care, building a culture of dignity and excellence in a new environment with modern facilities.
