Deputy Children’s Home Manager — Lead a Caring Team

Derby City Council is seeking an experienced Deputy Children’s Home Manager to support the Home’s Manager and lead a team delivering outstanding care for children with emotional and behavioural needs. The role involves managing staff, ensuring safeguarding, and upholding Ofsted standards in a residential setting.

You’ll have leadership experience in a children’s home, a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Child Care (or equivalent), and a full UK driving licence.
