NSFT is seeking a Senior Community Mental Health Nurse (Older Persons) for the Gateway House site in Wymondham. The role, Band 6, is permanent and part of a flexible, full-time/part-time setup with the potential for job sharing.

The team provides comprehensive care for adults with mental illness and dementia, with opportunities for professional development and training. You will contribute to multi-disciplinary assessments, create person-centred care plans, and may travel to patients’ homes
