District Nurse – Community Care Lead (Band 6)

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a District Nurse to join the community team across East/West bases. Band 6, full-time or part-time, 37.5 hours per week with pro rata for part-time. Base Eastbourne/Hastings area; salary £39,959–£48,117 per annum, pro rata.

Shifts include 8:00am–6:00pm, seven days a week. Role involves assessing patients at home, managing caseloads with Clinical Lead support, and leading a team of Registered Nurses and HCAs.
