Senior Clinical Deputy Manager – RN/RMN Nursing Leader

Crosslaw House Care Home in Scotland is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead clinical governance, care planning and medication management, working closely with the Home Manager to drive standards.

This senior role includes 40 hours per week with 2 days per week supernumerary, ongoing training, PVG and NMC fees paid, and a clear progression path into Home Manager roles within a supportive leadership structure.
