Children’s Home Registered Manager – 30% Bonus

Witherslack Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a 7-bed children’s home in the UK. You will lead day-to-day operations, secure Ofsted compliance, support staff and young people, and foster a safe, nurturing environment that enables growth and achievement.

This role offers a strong package: base salary £51,331–£63,553, total package up to £67,453 with a 30% annual bonus, four-week induction, seven weeks’ holiday and broad benefits.
