The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a specialist FinTech firm providing market data, investment analytics and risk solutions to institutional clients.

They’re looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join their London team, focusing on data quality, data pipelines and operational processes supporting their financial data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, monitor and maintain data pipelines to ensure reliable data flows.
• Analyse new data feeds and map datasets to internal databases.
• Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes and resolve quality issues.
• Automate manual workflows and optimise operational processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor data quality and performance.
• Collaborate with technology and commercial teams on data-related requirements.

Skills & Experience

• 1–5 years’ experience in Data Operations, Data Analysis or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python for scripting or automation.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Finance or similar.
