Fairway Mortgage Solutions are on the lookout for our next team member.

We offer a competitive commission split and will be able to provide assistance with lead generation, some leads provided, but some self-generation would be ideal.

The role involves covering all types of mortgages and protection, it would be on a self employed basis and therefore we are unable to offer any visa sponsorship as part of the role

Skills and experience

• Experience as an advisor is desirable, but not essential
• Ambition and drive to be successful
• Organised, self-motivated and a team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
