FP&A Analyst: Cash Flow, Variance & Process Improvement

First Group is looking for an FP&A Analyst to strengthen our Finance Department with accurate monthly management accounts and insightful reporting. You will join a collaborative team working to deliver timely financial information for decision making.

You will prepare accruals, prepayments, allocations and payroll entries, feed the cash flow forecast, and help shape ‘AS-IS’ and ‘TO-BE’ processes. A hands-on, detail‑driven approach and strong Excel/Microsoft Apps skills are essential to succeed.
