Finance Manager: Lead & Elevate Operational Finance

McHale Komatsu in Redditch is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance team and oversee day-to-day accounting activities. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will drive month-end, cash management and financial control, ensuring deadlines and high standards across the function.

You will develop the team, implement improvements to processes, and work closely with the Financial Controller to deliver accurate reporting and strong financial governance across the business.
