Job Description:
Aviva in the UK is seeking a Claims Performance Lead to own end-to-end performance across motor claims. You’ll translate complex data into actionable insights to inform senior leadership decisions and drive cost and customer outcomes.
You’ll collaborate with Claims, Finance, Pricing, Underwriting and BI teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop automated reporting and ensure data quality and governance across the claims journey.
