Haringey Council is seeking an experienced housing professional to lead a frontline Housing Needs team delivering homelessness prevention and assessment services. The Team Manager will oversee legally compliant assessments under the Housing Act 1996 and drive a prevention-focused, customer-first approach.

You will manage complex cases, respond to policy changes, and collaborate with partners to achieve positive outcomes for residents while upholding tenants’ rights.
