Hybrid Credit Risk Analyst — ML & Decision Modeling

Nationwide is seeking a Risk Analyst to support Credit Risk decision models across Application, Behavioural and Collections cycles. You will develop and maintain models, applying regression and machine learning techniques, with guidance from a Risk Manager.

The role supports a high-performance hybrid team, working from home and in person across the UK. You’ll spend at least two days per week at the Swindon office (or 40% time if part-time) and contribute to improving decision tools to benefit
