Interim HR & Payroll Lead (Derby)

Rozgoo is seeking an interim HR lead for our Derby-based operation to cover long-term sick leave until December. You will manage all HR activity for around 500 employees, from onboarding to employee relations, with a focus on payroll liaison via our outsourced provider.

You will handle contracts, right-to-work checks, maternity/paternity leave, SSP and holidays, and contribute to welfare initiatives while maintaining compliant HR practices and efficient processes.
