Strategic Parenting Assessor – Children’s Services Social Worker

Wokingham Borough Council is seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join the Compass Team as a Parenting Assessor. This full-time, permanent role focuses on high-quality parenting assessments to support pre-proceedings and court decisions.

You will work with parents, children and networks using relationship-based, systemic and trauma-informed approaches, producing clear reports and providing evidence in professional and legal settings.
