EMEA Early Careers Talent Acquisition Lead (Remote UK)

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Lead for remote-based work in the UK. You will partner with hiring managers to shape Early Careers hiring strategies, source and assess candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region.

You will influence leadership, provide market insights, and build strong relationships with universities, vendors, and internal stakeholders to strengthen the Early Careers pipeline. Occasional travel may be required.
