Routes to Work South is seeking a Youth Services Leader in Scotland to inspire our team and drive performance across employability services. This 35-hour week role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on improving pathways into training, work placements and employment for young people.
You will lead a growing youth hub, manage staff, monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with funding requirements while collaborating with partners and stakeholders to maximise impact.
