Quality Manager – FMCG, HACCP Lead & Audit Champion

Culina Integrated Packing Services is hiring a Quality Manager in the UK to oversee food safety, legality and quality across IPS-produced products. The role acts as first contact for customer visits and audits, and leads the site HACCP and internal audits while coordinating with central technical functions.

You will manage the site QA and hygiene teams, drive a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborate with customers to deliver changes and new products while maintaining high standards.
