Embedded Test Systems Engineer — On‑Site Support

Averna powered by Spherea is seeking a Customer Support Technician to be the primary onsite representative at a major customer near Cheltenham. You will provide first-line technical support, perform hands-on electrical and mechanical work, and bridge the customer with Averna’s engineering team.

You will build strong relationships with customer teams, understand their test systems, and identify improvements or opportunities for engineering solutions.
