EMEA Support Engineer — Secure IT & Endpoints

Iru is seeking a Support Engineer in London to help customers who rely on our AI-powered security and identity platform. You’ll work with end users across chat, email and video, troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating with engineering to fix bugs.

You’ll join a global team delivering around-the-clock support across North America, EMEA and APAC, with a hybrid London schedule and home days. Strong communication and a hands-on attitude are essential.
