An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified (NQ) Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked law firm based in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious NQ looking to develop their expertise within a reputable private client team, gaining exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and families, complex estates and sophisticated private client matters from an early stage in their career.
The Opportunity
You will join an established and supportive team handling a varied and interesting caseload, with the opportunity to work on matters that go beyond the more routine aspects of private client work.
The role offers exposure to HNW clients, complex estate planning and intricate succession matters, allowing you to develop your technical knowledge, build strong client relationships and progress your career within a highly regarded practice.
Working alongside experienced private client specialists, you will benefit from quality supervision and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on wills, estate planning and succession matters.
- Assisting with the administration of estates and probate.
- Supporting HNW individuals and families with complex private client needs.
- Advising on trusts and related matters, where appropriate to your experience.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues on complex and high-value matters.
About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor with an interest in developing a career in private client law.
- Experience in private client work gained during your training contract or through a relevant seat.
- Strong technical ability, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- A client-focused approach and the confidence to work with a diverse range of clients.
- Ambition to develop your expertise in HNW and complex private client matters.
