Contextual Overview

Oculus Legal Group is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate with 2+ years of PQE to join its well-established regional practice team located in Peterborough, England.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Hold qualification as a Solicitor or Associate.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), ideally 2-5 years’ PQE.
• Solid grounding and proven experience handling a broad commercial property caseload.
• Comfortable running matters with a good degree of autonomy while possessing strong technical and client management skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Act on a range of commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Manage a significant volume of landlord and tenant matters for both landlords and tenants.
• Advise clients on the commercial and practical aspects of their property transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact.
• Work closely with Partners and senior team members on complex high-value measures.

Base Pay Range: £45,000.00 to £60,000.00 per year, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package including 26 days’ annual leave, pension scheme, bonus scheme, BUPA, and a cash health plan.
