Remote Governance & Legal Operations Manager

Relief International is seeking a Governance and Legal Operations Manager to lead the corporate secretariat and ensure effective governance across RI’s US, UK and France entities. The role operates remotely from the UK and reports to the Chief Legal, Ethics & Compliance Officer.

You will oversee board governance, compliance filings, and legal operations systems while handling risk management and multi-country coordination. A strong NGO governance background is essential.
