Performance & Quality Lead for Youth Skills Programs

Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking an experienced Performance & Quality Manager on a fixed-term basis to 31/03/2027. The role focuses on delivering high-quality vocational learning and employability outcomes for young people in west Wales.

The post requires strong programme and contract management, auditing readiness and effective team leadership to ensure funding compliance and learner progression. Welsh language skills are desirable.
