Senior Construction PM – Capital Projects (Contract)

JDR Recruitment is seeking a senior Construction Project Manager for a Northern Ireland Civil Service assignment with DAERA Estate Branch. Based in Ballykelly, the role leads client-side delivery of capital construction projects from business case through procurement, design, construction, handover and post-project review.

The position requires Chartered membership and at least 3 years’ experience managing large contracts and leading teams, with security clearance expected.
