Additional Resources in London seeks a Maintenance Coordination Supervisor to oversee roofing, damp and restoration coordination, manage client enquiries, survey bookings and project delivery. The role is office-based with a possible Fridays work-from-home option after probation.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in scheduling and project administration within property services, and strong knowledge of two of the three areas: roofing, damp or restoration. A bonus scheme is available.
