General Manager — Lead Teams & Standout Pub Experience

Flaming Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy pub, deliver memorable customer experiences and develop a high-performing team. You’ll set the standard, bring our brand to life through your people, and grow pub sales with the management team.

You’ll recruit and coach staff, drive excellent service, ensure brand standards and safety, and manage P&L. You may need to obtain a personal license. This role offers rewards, development opportunities and a warm, inclusive workplace.
