United Utilities is seeking a Forecasting and Capacity Planning Analyst to join our operations team in Warrington. You will deliver forecasting, capacity planning and operational analytics to support customer service performance and service levels.
In this role you will develop weekly and rolling 12 month forecasts, build capacity models, and provide insights from WFM data. Strong Excel, Power BI and SQL skills are essential to drive staffing decisions and efficiency.
