Fawkes & Reece Group in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a residential housing development on a site-based project. You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure high-quality builds.

The role requires SMSTS, a valid CSCS card, First Aid at Work and a proven track record delivering housing schemes on time and within budget. You will enforce health and safety standards and liaise with clients and senior management.
