Job Description:
Compass One – Support Services in Birmingham is recruiting a Digital Test Lead to drive end‑to‑end testing for the Synbiotix CAFM rollout across hospital sites. You will own test strategy, script creation, execution and UAT, ensuring readiness for go‑live in a large, delivery‑driven transformation.
The role requires strong CAFM testing experience, agile practice, and excellent stakeholder engagement, with travel as needed. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
