Head of Geography — Lead Curriculum & Department Growth

Classroom Talent is partnering with a well-regarded 11–18 secondary school in Luton, Bedfordshire, to appoint a Head of Geography from January 2027. This permanent, full-time role offers leadership across KS3, GCSE and A Level and a chance to set the strategic direction of Geography within the department.

The successful candidate will lead Teaching & Learning, develop an ambitious curriculum, monitor progress and mentor Geography colleagues.
