Leisure Club Manager — Premium Wellness & Member Experience

Audley Villages is seeking a Leisure Club Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the club at one of our luxury retirement villages. You will develop engaging fitness classes, tailor plans and manage memberships, ensuring a welcoming, safe and high-quality experience for owners and external members.

You will build strong relationships, monitor facilities, and work with the village team to deliver exceptional service and commercial growth.
