Multi-Hotel Head Chef & Kitchen Operations Lead

Daish-S-Holidays-1 is seeking an experienced Support Head Chef to provide operational cover across its UK hotels. This hands-on role involves stepping into kitchens during absences, leading teams, and maintaining high standards across locations.

You will support induction and development of kitchen staff, conduct audits, and help ensure consistency of standards while managing food costs and stock controls. Travel across UK sites is expected.
