Technical Licensing Officer – Housing Standards (2-Year Secondment)

Hackney Borough Council is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Technical Licensing Officer to join our Private Sector Housing Licensing Service on a fixed-term / secondment basis for 24 months. The role supports property licensing, improves housing standards and delivers better outcomes for residents.

You will process licensing applications, provide guidance to landlords and residents, manage enquiries, and maintain accurate records while progressing to more complex casework at SO1 level.
