Seafood Training Lead: Strategy, Delivery & Growth

Seafish is seeking a Training Manager to lead support for high-quality, relevant training across the catching and onshore seafood sectors. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery and aims to develop workforce skills and safety.

You will manage the Training Team and oversee planning, delivery and evaluation of programmes and funded projects, collaborating with providers, regulators and industry bodies to ensure ongoing quality. Occasional UK travel may be required.
