Head Chef — Hands-On Leader for Multi-Outlet Kitchen

Seymour Hotels of Jersey is seeking a strong Head Chef to lead the kitchen for a multi-outlet operation within the Pomme d’Or Hotel. The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to set and maintain high standards, and manage breakfast, restaurant service, lounge and events across the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have substantial culinary expertise, experience mentoring teams, and a track record of improving product quality while controlling costs in a busy environment.
