We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Head Chef to lead the talented culinary team at the Royal Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to oversee kitchen operations and deliver outstanding dining experiences in a welcoming and vibrant hotel environment. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation, service, quality, and presentation consistently meet high standards.
• Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team, supporting their development and creating a positive and motivated working environment.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety are maintained at all times.
• Manage stock control, ordering, food costs, and kitchen budgets effectively to support a profitable operation.
• Develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase fresh, high-quality, and local ingredients.
• Work closely with the wider hotel management team to ensure a consistent and exceptional dining experience for our guests.
• Support the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the kitchen team.
• Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction, responding positively to feedback and continually looking for ways to improve the dining experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar quality venue.
• A proven track record in menu design, implementation, planning, recruitment, and training.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Experience with Procure Wizard beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards.
• Effective communication at all levels.
