Job Description:
The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Preservation Team Leader to head the preservation team across the housing stock from Waverley Court. You will lead complex diagnostics, manage workflows and deliver robust, long-term remedial solutions to damp and mould issues, prioritising tenant health in line with Awaab’s Law.
The role requires leadership, deep knowledge of building pathology and housing legislation, and a strong track record of delivering compliant, high-quality remedial works.
