Lead, Schools Engagement & Evidence (Mental Health)

University of Oxford seeks an OxWell Schools Engagement and Evidence Lead to bridge the research team with England’s secondary schools. You will identify needs from the survey and translate results into actionable programme design, drawing on your direct experience of UK schools.

You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders, pastoral staff, SENCOs and safeguarding leads, guiding interpretation of OxWell results and using the data platform to implement interventions.
