Head Chef – Multi-Concept, High-Volume Kitchen Leader

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Head Chef to lead three street food kitchens in a busy Central London food hall. The role suits a strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up, or an established Head Chef from a high-volume branded background.

You’ll manage 8–10 chefs, work hands-on across multiple concepts, and drive food cost, GP and staff costs while shaping the evolving food offer from January. A fast-paced, high-energy venue awaits.
