Empowering Community Support Worker

East Kent Mencap is a leading charity seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities live independently and with dignity in the community.

You will support with daily living tasks, meal prep, budgeting, appointments and social activities, building trust and promoting choice and inclusion.

Ideal candidates will be working towards or hold a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, hold a full UK driving licence for at least two years, and be 21 or over.
