Care Team Leader — Senior Social Care

West Lothian Council is seeking a part-time manager to lead a team in a care setting. You will supervise staff, participate in absence reviews, and ensure rota coverage.

The role includes coordinating and auditing care plans and leading assessments for individuals, plus ordering and auditing medications as prescribed. Applicants should have SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, a management qualification, and meet SSSC registration requirements.
